8-Stage Production Process
Every instrument passes through 8 rigorous stages before leaving our facility.
Raw Material Selection
We source only premium-grade stainless steel (420, 440C), titanium alloys, and specialized dental-grade metals from certified suppliers. Every batch is laboratory-tested for composition and hardness before entering production.
Precision Forging & Casting
Instruments are either hand-forged by master craftsmen or investment-cast using precision molds. This ensures optimal grain structure, dimensional accuracy, and strength required for surgical applications.
CNC Machining
Modern CNC machines produce critical working ends, serrations, and joints to sub-millimeter tolerances. Computer-controlled processes ensure consistent replication across thousands of units.
Heat Treatment
Controlled heat treatment processes harden working surfaces and tips while maintaining resilience in handles and shanks โ providing the perfect balance of hardness and flexibility.
Surface Finishing
Instruments undergo multi-stage polishing โ from rough grinding to mirror-finish buffing. Satin and matte finishes are available. All surfaces are passivated to enhance corrosion resistance.
Quality Control & Inspection
A dedicated QC team performs 100% inspection of critical instruments. Checks include dimensional measurement, hardness testing, surface defect inspection, and functional testing under simulated clinical conditions.
Sterilization Compatibility Testing
All instruments are tested for compatibility with autoclave, ETO, and other common sterilization methods used in dental clinics worldwide.
Packaging & Export
Instruments are individually wrapped, labeled, and packed according to international export standards. Custom packaging and private labeling options are available for OEM partners.
